The Faculty of German Education in Engineering and Business Administration (FDIBA) is an educational and research centre offering higher education for internationally interested and entrepreneurial thinking individuals in German language. The FDIBA defines itself as a flying faculty with teaching staff from Bulgaria as well as German Partner Universities. Staff may as well be working in different industry segments. The quality and performance is based on those upheld by the German Partner Universities.

The orientation towards different German universities leads to a highly diverse and continuously improving range of study fields offered. Study programs as well as research projects within the postgraduate program enable options of staying abroad supported by the DAAD. The possibility of receiving a dual degree meaning a Bulgarian and German degree is designed to build bridges into a successful career path in either country. A heterogenous network within German Partner Universities and different industry segments allows as to learn and grow together and thus achieve a long-term contribution to the integration and development of Bulgaria within Europe.
