What are the application deadlines?
- For studies in the winter semester, the application deadline is September 30, 2023.
- For studies in the summer semester, the application deadline is January 30, 2024.
How to apply?
Application for the Master’s Educational Qualification Degree is on-site or online. On site, the documents are submitted to TU-Sofia, FDIBA, Block 10, floor 2, office. 10213.
What documents do I need to prepare for the application?
The application documents are:
- Application (download the application)
- Copy of diploma or certificate of completed bachelor’s degree
- CV
- Application fee
- Copy of German language proficiency certificate.
Candidates without a certificate can take the candidate student exam in German or the TestDaF exam at TU-Sofia.
Where are the documents submitted?
The application documents are submitted to TU-Sofia, FDIBA, Block 10, floor 2, room 10213 or online.
Can I apply online?
Yes. Complete the application form and attach the documents (here).
What is the application fee?
The fee is BGN 50.
Can the application fee be paid through e-banking?
Yes, through cashless payment of semester fees.

Is there an application exam?
No.

- Completing a set of documents (student card, student card, etc.).
- Filling out a declaration
- Tuition fee paid
How is the semester fee paid?

Are there deadlines for paying the fee?
Before the beginning of the semester, but no later than 2 weeks after the beggining.
How much is the semester tuition fee?
MBA – BGN 650 (regular tuition, paid application)
KST – BGN 500 (regular tuition, state application)
IM – BGN 500 (regular tuition, state application)
IM – BGN 1550 (regular tuition, paid application)
When does the school year start?
09th of September 2023 for the winter semester
13th of February 2024 for summer semester
How many weeks is the semester?
13 weeks.
How many semesters is the tuition?
CS – 3
MBA – 5
IM – 5
Where is the syllabus published?
On the website of FDIBA, on the board in front of the office 10213, it is emailed to each student.
Where are the classes held? From what time?
Classes are held in the 10th Block. All classes are held from 5.45 p.m.
